Samuel Sinyangwe, D.Min (Advanced Candidate), began his pastoral ministry in January 1994 as a district Pastor. He served in various districts of North Zambia Field for seven (7) years. He also served as a departmental director for four (4) years in the same field. Later he served as Luapula Zambia Field President for eight (8) years.

In September 2015 when Zambia Union Conference was realigned into two conferences he was elected to serve as Northern Zambia Union Conference’s first president. He has been serving since 2016 in that capacity to date.

Samuel Sinyangwe received his Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Solusi University, Zimbabwe, in 2001 and his Masters in Pastoral Theology in 2013 from Adventist University of Africa, Kenya.

He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry degree from the Adventist University of Africa, Kenya.

He is married to Harriet Namunyika Sinyangwe and together they are blessed with two sons – Samuel Sula Sinyangwe and Nathan Lukundo Sinyangwe.

Holds the following academic qualifications

His work experience is as follows
1.      He worked as Miner, Member of Mine Rescue Team, Member of Mine Fire Services in Nampundwe Mine from 1983 – 1987
2.      He received a call to Gospel Ministry as a Literature Evangelist in 1988
3.      He served as Lusaka West Central Region Publishing Director in 1991
4.      He taught Literature Ministry Seminary SDA Church (Lusaka and Kabwe) 1991 – 1996, 2005 – 2007
5.      He served as Central Zambia Conference; Publishing Director from 1992 – 1993
6.      He served as Assistant Dean of Men Solusi University, Bulawayo Zimbabwe from 1998 – 2002
7.      He has taught at Rusangu University Main Campus and Lusaka Campus as well as at University of Africa from 2011 – 2015
8.      He served for seventeen (17) years as District Pastor in Central Zambia Conference
9.      He also Served as Conference President from 2016 to 2018 in Midlands Zambia Conference
10.  Currently, he is serving as Northern Zambia Union Conference Executive Secretary since 2018.

Dr. Tommy Susiku Namitondo is married to Roider Namitondo and together they have five children: Eric, Jeremiah, Priscilla, Tommy Junior and Jonah.

Musa Ngwira holds the following academic qualifications:

Bachelor of Arts in Theology (BATh) from Bugema University, Kampala, Uganda.
Master of Arts in Business Administration (MBA) from Solusi University, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.

His work experience is as follows:
He worked for seven years in secular employment before joining the Gospel Ministry
He received a call to join the Gospel Ministry in 1993
From 1993 – 1994, he worked as an accountant at Zambia Union Mission
He then served as Secretary / Treasurer for six years in East Zambia Field.
He also Served as Chief Financial Officer for 10 years in Central Zambia Conference.
He then received a call to serve at Rusangu University as Director of Finance (DFA) where he served for less than a year
Currently, he is serving as Northern Zambia Union Conference as Chief Financial Officer since 2016.

Family Life:
Musa Ngwira is married to Nancy Hamusankwa Ngwira and together they are blessed with three sons and one daughter.
